1. How can I contact MyZelyra?

2. Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship globally. Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location and will be displayed at checkout.


3. Where do you ship from?

All orders are processed and shipped from our main warehouse in Hong Kong. Please note that international orders may go through customs before reaching you.


4. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, orders are processed quickly, so changes may not be possible. Please contact our support team immediately if you need to update or cancel your order. (myzelyra@gmail.com)


5. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). All payments are secure and encrypted.


6. When will my order be processed?

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.


7. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Domestic: 6–12 business days

  • International: 12–24 business days
    Please note that customs, holidays, and local postal services may affect delivery times.


8. What if I don’t receive my order?

If your order doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at myzelyra@gmail.com . We’ll track your package and make sure you receive your order or a replacement.


9. Will I be charged customs and taxes?

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on your country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.


10. How do I return an item(s)?

You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact myzelyra@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.


11. What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?

We’re sorry if this happens! Please contact us immediately at myzelyra@gmail.com with photos of the product. We’ll provide a replacement or refund as soon as possible.


12. When will I receive a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days. The refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
