Questions? We've got answers
How long does it run on one charge?
Up to 3 hours from the 150 mAh battery, charged over USB. Most owners never use it in one stretch — ten or fifteen minutes at a time is plenty, so a single charge usually lasts about a week.
What's the difference between Normal and Smart mode?
Normal keeps the ball moving steadily — good for a dog who's already keen and just wants something to chase. Smart makes it pause, then dart off again. That flicker of unpredictable movement is what gets a bored or timid dog to commit, usually within the first minute.
Will my dog destroy it?
It's a chase toy, not a chew toy. The soft TPR skin over a hard PC shell handles carrying and mouthing fine, but a determined power chewer will get through anything with a motor inside. Use it with supervision and put it away once the session is over — that's how it lasts.
What size dog is it for? Does it work for cats?
It's 5.2 cm across and 74 g — sized for small and medium dogs, puppies, and cats. Cats go after it just as hard as dogs do. A large breed can push it around, but the ball is too small to hold his interest and too small to be safe in a big mouth.
